Greetings from Indiana! Two years now , been keeing cherry shrimp . Want to keep dwarf crayfish with them. Glad to be her and hoping to learn more about shrimp and crayfish, dwarfs.
Welcome Randal !!! I keep Dwarf Blue Crays and CPO's. I can say that adult Dwarfs are opportunistic feeders and will pick off baby shrimp and any adults / sub-adults they can catch. They don't get many but will keep the shrimp stressed if they know predators are in the tank and the shrimp will hide more and be less likely to breed. I love my dwarf crays as they have personality and are way more aware of you than shrimp are and will react to you when you look in the tank.
